TPM #313 : Celebrating Father’s Day
A tribute to strong Dads', positive influences and great lessons from our fathers.
Happy Father’s Day!
There has never been a more important time to have strong father figures in our world.
In this edition of The Physical Movement (TPM), we celebrate strong, positive fathers in our lives with the stories we have shared over the past 5 years and 312 editions.
Dad passed in 2016. There is not a day that goes by without me thinking of him. His influence, compassion, dedication to family wellbeing, ongoing support and love. I was truly blessed and am grateful for having spent time with him.
He had a special skillset, as many Dads’ do. I remembered him in edition #209.

Tony Proudfoot was a special man. In 2022, TPM remembered a strong father, husband, physical educator, hero, athlete, and role model.
It’s hard to believe the pandemic was 5 years ago. What a strange time. It did provide an opportunity for this Dad and his son to connect in a different way. I remember that part of 2020 fondly.
