A positive culture is not created by talking about culture. Rather, it is sum of leadership, proactive communication, role modelling on high standards of beliefs and attitudes.
How a young athlete communicates, their sense of gratitude, body language and overall engagement in the experience is dictated by the tone the coach sets.
